Intelligence reveals North Korea is sending troops to fight alongside Russia in Ukraine, with thousands expected to join. In Myanmar, Muslims are joining Christian and Buddhist groups in a unified resistance against the military regime. In Venezuela, five foreigners, including three U.S. citizens, have been arrested amid a post-election crackdown.
